HOW WE DO IT
Big Sky evaluates resource allocation decisions through three lenses:
- Strategic Objectives - What is the goal of the decision in question? What are you trying to accomplish by
making it?
- Operations - Where is the decision in the organizational value chain, and how does it relate to other nodes?
- Technology - What are the systems supporting the decision? Do they get the right information to the right
people when its needed to make the decision?
